What size projects do you take on?
New homes, additions, large-scale remodels, decks, and exterior work. We are set up for jobs that need a general contractor from start to finish, not small punch-list repairs.
Do you handle the whole job or just one trade?
The whole job. Plans, permits, trades, schedule, and the final walkthrough sit with one team. That is how larger projects stay on track.
How do estimates work?
Send the form or call. We follow up, walk the site when the project needs it, and put the scope in writing. The visit is free and there is no obligation to hire us.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the work. A custom deck is a different calendar than a new home or a whole-house remodel. You get a schedule before we start, not after the job is already moving.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Licensed and insured, based in Knoxville. We are happy to send proof before you sign anything.
